The White Paper Scenario
Commissioning a White Paper can be daunting for both of us. Rather than asking you to go all in with a big deposit, what I like to do first is called a White Paper Plan. (An idea from the great Ed Gandia.)
You give me the details of what you are looking for with a smaller deposit of about 15% instead of the usual half down. In a few days’ time, a week max, after I do a little research, I will give you an outline of what to expect in the White Paper.
If you like what you see and choose to proceed, great! You deposit another 35% and I get to work. If you are not sure or plans change, the outline is yours to keep, no hard feelings. Hopefully, we can work together on another project in the future.
